  • Lost or Stolen Packages
    SneakersOff.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact UPS or our support team at support@sneakersoff.com for assistance.

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by SneakersOff.com.
  • Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
  • Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
